Recycled hardcore includes aggregates such as bricks, rubble, tiles, rock and gravel. We often collect hardcore in skips from construction and demolition projects.
When sorting the skips at our Buckinghamshire waste transfer station, hardcore is removed and separated. During this hardcore recycling process, rubble passes through a screener to create size graded aggregate that can be reused for a variety of projects.
Crushed recycled hardcore is often used to provide a base for buildings and groundworks for roads and driveways.
